Commander Hartkopf and Chief Thomas are the Instructors at Strom Thurmond High School. We currently have a Company of a hundred cadets, formed into five teams: Rifle, (SEE BELOW) Drill (SEE BELOW), Color Guard (Commander: ENS Glover), Orienteering (Commander: LT James Baker), and Academic (LCDR Lawson)

Drill Team

Cadet LT Brian Cameron (1st place winner of Exposition Drill: 1999 Midland Valley Drill Meet) is the Drill Team Commander.
Their are two teams "
A" and "B." The A Team is a Armed Drill Team and the B Team is Unarmed Freshmen Team.
The scheduled Meets are:
March 20th: Walterboro -- A Team
March 27th: N. Augusta -- B Team
April 17th: Summerville -- B Team

Cadet LTJG Robert Beaver is the Armory Officer and Rifle Team Leader. The Rifle Team has been in several meets. Their next Meet is April 24th at Union.
